Robert Cooper

Robert graduated from Nottingham University with a BSc in Physics and Philosophy and completed his Masters in European Real Estate at Kingston University. Following a spell at Atis Real Weatherall (now BNP Paribas Real Estate), he joined AGL in 2003 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2005.

Robert advises investors ranging from private individuals and family offices to specialist property companies, institutional funds and international private equity. With particular expertise in the retail and leisure sectors, advice covers the whole spectrum of investment work, from acquisitions, joint ventures and detailed financial analysis to asset management, debt advisory, portfolio analysis and sales.

He also specialises in the structuring and funding of development projects in all sectors.

On the occupational side, he has an assortment of clients in a variety of specialist sectors, including - to name a few - hotels, veterinary, healthcare, advertising and recruitment.

With over 20 years' experience, clients value Robert's analytical rigour, eye for detail and pragmatic commercial approach to deal-making.

Away from work, Robert relaxes in the garden, on the golf course and on two wheels in the Surrey Hills.
