Two of AGL's private clients acquire supermarket properties

Two private clients of AGL have acquired supermarket properties in Birkenhead on the Wirral and Chard, Somerset. 

Birkenhead is well let to the Co-operative for a further nineteen years with annual fixed increases; the price reflected a net initial yield of 6.25%.

Chard is let to Sainsbury’s until 2023 and was acquired at auction at a 7.8% net initial yield and offers scope for value-enhancing asset management.
