AGL has advised a private overseas client of Property Vision Commercial on the acquisition of prime high street retail units in Reading and Colchester.

24 Broad Street, Reading is let to Lloyds Banking Group with more than 10 years unexpired. 12 Culver Street West & 22/24 High Street, Colchester is let to Superdrug and Office Shoes with more than 9 years unexpired.

The properties were acquired for £11.35m reflecting a net initial yield of 5%.
